We had such a wonderful stay at Joel’s place! The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the beach and lots of great restaurants.

Great home, short walk to the beach. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Home was very clean and very well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. It felt like a home away from home.

I would definitely stay in this private home again. Quiet and private, neatly decorated and cozy. Nice hot shower and all the cook wear needed. Very close to the ocean, a short drive to restaurants, shopping and activities.

The little house was cute and located close to the beach. Any issue we had Joel was very responsive. The completely fenced yard was definitely a plus. I was able to allow my dog to get outside without my being right there.

We had a great stay at the SeaStar Cottage. This was our first year of “snowbirding”. We stayed for five weeks! It was awesome! The house is very comfortable, in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Great place to stay host is super nice host and responds to needs quickly. The house is very convenient to the beach and to the publix its a great location. The house was spotless also.

Beautiful, clean place to say in Ormond By The Sea. Close to Daytona and Granada Boulevard. We had some trouble with the Nest Thermostat and Joel took immediate action. Great host.
