This Spacious and lovely 2-bedroom home in a wonderful quiet neighborhood, with the ocean at the end of the block and the beach only a 5 minute bike ride away! The home is close to great restaurants and brew pubs. This house offers many amenities for your enjoyment! *please note* The home has an attached in-law type apt. which is sometimes occupied by me. You will still have %100 privacy.

Richard's place was great for our family and dogs. Great instructions about his place and the surrounding area. Has everything you need for the beach, bikes, boogie boards, good beach towels.

I arrived early as I drove down from Missouri. The cleaning lady was still at work but took time off to tell me a few things about the area, places to eat, etc. Even gave me directions.

This was a great place to visit and Richard was a great host. You can pack light and use the washer and dryer. Richard even provided laundry detergent. Loved having the bikes to explore the area.

Good. Host was nice and tends to stay out of tenants way. Occupies a space located at the back of the property. House was clean and provided many accommodations that would appeal to many guests.
