We found the perfect place for our Florida winter stay! Great location, friendly host and perfect for people with pets. the backyard is fully fenced and the neighborhood is very pet-friendly.

The location was perfect for us between the beach and inter coastal waterway. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We had our dog with us so the fenced in backyard (complete with squirrels) was perfect.

Very nice place, close to the beach and good restaurants. Our dog really enjoyed the fenced backyard. The house was very clean and decorated nicely. Courtney communicated great with helpful instructions.

Courtney's place was very nice. And we enjoyed our stay. The fenced yard is great. Quiet neighborhood and close to ocean ( a few hundred yards away). Some nice little local restaurants nearby.

We stayed here during Christmas, and truly felt we were at home away from home. Our pups loved the private, spacious back yard and we enjoyed the quiet peaceful home close to the beach.

We enjoyed our time at the Latitude Adjustment house. Everything worked well and it was as advertised in the pictures. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced in backyard and we walked around the neighborhood. The kitchen was well equipped.
